Maja Concept collects personal data in order to create an administrative mechanism that is reliable and secure, for the use of its clients. The data is used interactively and in a safe environment. All data sent to Maja Concept remains confidential, and enables the service to function correctly and in a customer-friendly way.

At Maja Concept, customers’ personal details are stored in appropriately safeguarded systems in a database administered by Maja Concept. In order to ensure the legality and safe operating environment of the database, all users are required to have a user name and password. Customers can access their own personal details stored in the system by logging in and selecting the Personal Information section.

Maja Concept will not, and is not authorised to, hand over customer details to third parties either within the EU or outside of it.

The above statement, referring to the handing over of personal details, may only be deviated from with the customer’s express approval, or by order of a court of law.

Maja Concept may use customers’ personal details while testing the technical functionality of the system, or to monitor payment traffic.
