For Advertisers

Maja Concept offers customers an opportunity for free marketing on its website, which covers holiday apartments and the rental property sector. Access to the website requires registration (see: Information about our Database). By paying the current annual fee, customers are entitled to use the Maja Spot facility for one year from the date of taking out the subscription.

The customer is authorised to advertise holiday properties, rental properties, summer cottages, houses, villas, farmhouses and rural properties. It is forbidden to advertise a property with a view to selling it.

The advertiser is only entitled to use information and materials that relate to a property that they legally own.

The advertiser is always legally responsible for any materials submitted to the website.

Maja Concept reserves the right to verify and remove an advertisement, if it conflicts with the terms and conditions set out on this website, or is contrary to good practice, or is morally or ethically derogatory.

The advertisement, and the information regarding transport connections and location, must be truthful. The property must match the information submitted exactly, and the items mentioned in the inventory list must be in working order and accessible by the lessee, unless mention is made to the contrary. The property must also be in a pristine condition of cleanliness before the lessee’s arrival. If the advertised property does not meet the advertised/agreed conditions, and/or has been significantly modified or altered, the owner must advise the lessee of this immediately! The owner must then offer the lessee a similar product, even though this may mean offering him/her a competing product. The options must be negotiated in advance with the lessee.

The customer contact brought about through the Maja Concept may lead to positive or negative customer feedback in respect of the advertised property. The recorded experiences of the website’s users may have a positive or negative impact on the marketing of advertised properties.

Responsibilities of Maja Concept

Maja Concept offers the service at the current price as specified in the latest price list. Maja Concept is not responsible or liable for compensation for negligence by third parties, IT problems, or interruptions to otherwise normal operations which are beyond the control of Maja Concept. Maja Concept is not responsible for possible damages or copyright problems suffered by third parties as a result of advertisements placed on the website.

Maja Concept will not at any stage participate in renting, or act as an intermediary in the rental process, or assume the role of a contracting party. Maja Concept is not responsible for possible mistakes in the advertisements, or for the accuracy of the advertisements that appear on the website.

Maja Concept will not verify customers’ personal details submitted to the website, nor does it have the means to do so. Maja Concept cannot guarantee the accuracy of the personal details that are submitted to the website, and is therefore not responsible for any consequences resulting from erroneous information.

Maja Concept may change the design, content and structure of the website without prior notice.

Maja Concept is not liable for possible damages resulting from the closing of the website, including any advertising charges paid.

Publishing an advertisement on the Maja Concept website does not guarantee hits or customer contacts.

The Maja Concept logo, and the names Maja Concept and Maja Spot, and other materials created by the company remain the property of Maja Concept, and their use elsewhere than on this website is forbidden under the Finnish Copyright Act.

The contact details mentioned in the advertisements are provided solely for the purpose of contacting owners about the properties they have advertised on this website. These contact details may not be used for direct marketing without the advertiser’s express permission. The material submitted for publication must not contain any other types of advertising, banners or materials that could be classified as advertising, or advertisements for rental accommmodation, or materials that could jeopardise the good name of the Maja Concept and Maja Spot brands.

The terms and conditions of this website comply with Finnish law.
